- Form interrogaties are standard questions to provide information generallyy on property, income and employment and other information that affect the division of property and calculating support and making custody orders.
- Special interrogaties are specifically drafted questions that seek specific information on certain issues.
- Demand for Production of Documents request information from the other side and are usually used to obtian information to assist one on property issues.
- Subpoenas are issued to do the following: have someone appear at court, bring documents to court or another place.
- Depositions require that a perston testify under oath like in court, but this occurs usually at an office. Parties and witesses are usually attend depositions.
- Request for Admissions are often used to have a party admit or deny a fact. This assists in other areas of discovery and preparation for trial.
